MY PRACTICE IS CONCENTRATED IN FOUR AREAS OF LAW:
-
LEGAL MALPRACTICE
Lawsuits against lawyers by clients
-
FIRST PARTY INSURANCE CLAIMS
Lawsuits against insurance companies for refusing to pay property insurance claims and insurance agents who do not get you proper coverage
-
UNINSURED/UNDER-INSURED PROPERTY LOSS CLAIMS
Lawsuits by property owners against third parties responsible for causing damage to property, and prosecution of claims against insurance agents and brokers where their negligence has caused a coverage dispute or denial of a property claim
-
CONSUMER FRAUD/CONSTRUCTION DEFECT CASES
Lawsuits against builders and real estate agents and sellers for not disclosing problems with property
These cases are all sub-specialties with their own rules. They are hard-fought and often do not settle and go to trial. I have been handling these types of cases for many years and am certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. As a result, many of my cases are referred to me by other lawyers who do not handle these cases on a regular basis.
IF YOU HAVE A CASE INVOLVING ONE OF THESE AREAS, PLEASE CONTACT MY OFFICE FOR A CONSULTATION.
